Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, including all original accessories, parts and packaging, with no damage beyond normal testing and use.
A few items are not eligible for return. Items missing their original accessories or packaging may only qualify for a partial refund.
Additional non-returnable items
- Items damaged from misuse or unauthorised repairs
- Items that have been used in the field beyond normal testing
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use beyond normal testing
- Any accessory that has been opened or shows signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
